NAC432A.470. Special needs facilities: Meeting required before admission of child.

Before a child may be admitted to a special needs facility, the child’s parents, the appropriate members of the staff of the facility and any appropriate specialists shall meet to determine whether the needs of the child can be adequately met by the facility and to ascertain the information and training which must be obtained from the child’s parents and other persons who provide services to the child.
