NAC432B.020. Abuse or neglect: “Nonaccidental” interpreted.

- For the purposes of NRS 432B.020, “nonaccidental” means arising from an event or effect that a person responsible for a child’s welfare could reasonably be expected to foresee, regardless of whether that person did not intend to abuse or neglect a child or was ignorant of the possible consequences of his actions or failure to act.
