NAC435.522. Certificate: Renewal.

Upon the expiration of a certificate, the Division may renew the certificate of the provider of supported living arrangement services for any period not to exceed 2 years if the Division conducts a quality assurance review and determines that the provider is in compliance with the standards of the Division concerning the provision of supported living arrangement services set forth in chapter 435 of NRS and NAC 435.500 to 435.740, inclusive.
