NAC435.735. Termination of services pending revocation of certificate.

If a revocation of the certificate of a provider of supported living arrangement services is pending and the Division determines that the grounds for the revocation place any person at a probable risk of harm, the Division may immediately terminate the provision of supported living arrangement services by the provider.
