NAC439.010. Submission of petition to Secretary of State Board of Health.

Latest version.

Any interested persons who desire the adoption, filing, amendment or repeal of any regulation of the State Board of Health may petition the Board by a signed letter to the Secretary of the Board, accompanied by relevant data, views and arguments. Eight copies must be presented.
