NAC439.330. Severability.

Latest version.

The provisions of NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive, are severable. If any provision of these regulations or any application to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, the Board intends that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or applications to the extent that they can be given effect.
