General Requirements |
NAC439B.390. Applicability of certain provisions of NRS and NAC.

1. The provisions of NRS 439B.300 to 439B.340, inclusive, and NAC 439B.410 apply to any hospital with 100 or more beds.
2. If the number of licensed beds of a hospital expands to 100 or more, it becomes subject to the provisions of NRS 439B.300 to 439B.340, inclusive, and NAC 439B.410.
3. As of July 1, 1992, the provisions of NRS 439B.300 to 439B.340, inclusive, and NAC 439B.410 apply to the following hospitals:
(a) In Clark County:
(1) Desert Springs Hospital;
(2) Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center;
(3) Lake Mead Hospital and Medical Center;
(4) University Medical Center;
(5) Valley Hospital Medical Center; and
(6) Saint Rose Dominican Hospital; and
(b) In Washoe County:
(1) Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center;
(2) Sparks Family Hospital; and
(3) Washoe Medical Center.
