NAC439B.441. Applicability.

Latest version.

A hospital appealing a determination of a county regarding the indigent status of an inpatient pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 439B.330 shall comply with the provisions of NAC 439B.441 to 439B.449, inclusive.
