NAC439B.446. Scheduling and notice of hearing.

If the director or his designee determines that a hearing on the indigent status of an inpatient is necessary, he will set a time and place for the hearing and send notice of the hearing to the hospital and the county by registered or certified mail. Unless all parties otherwise stipulate, the hearing must be held not less than 30 calendar days nor more than 60 calendar days after the date the appeal was received by the director or his designee.
