As used in NAC 439B.5205 to 439B.5408, inclusive, and for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of NRS 439B.425, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 439B.5207 to 439B.540, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
