NAC440.210. Registration of birth: Submission of fee to Division of Public and Behavioral Health.

Each person who is legally responsible for registering the birth of a child shall submit a fee to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services for each birth as follows:

     1. If paid on or before the 30th day after the date of the birth of the child, the fee is $81.

     2. If paid more than 30 days after the date of the birth of the child, the fee is $83.
