NAC441A.205. Persons deemed employees for purposes of this chapter and only for reducing risk of transmitting communicable disease.

Latest version.

A person who performs any of the duties that would otherwise be performed by an employee in a sensitive occupation, whether or not for compensation, and whether or not pursuant to a contract, shall be deemed an employee for purposes of this chapter and only for the purpose of reducing the risk of transmitting a communicable disease.
