NAC442.540. Acceptance of neonate without regard to ability of parents or guardian to pay.

A level I basic care facility, level II specialty care facility or level III subspecialty care facility shall accept any neonate transported to or back to that facility, as appropriate, without regard to the ability of the parents or guardian of the neonate to pay for the care to be provided to the neonate.
