NAC442.860. Referral of child for certain services: Notification of Division of Public and Behavioral Health.

If a licensed hospital or licensed obstetric center makes a referral for a newborn child because the newborn child needs assistance with accessing diagnostic and treatment services, the licensed hospital or licensed obstetric center shall notify the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services of the referral at the time the referral is made.
