“Isolation and flotation tank” means a tank that:

1. Provides a light- and sound-free environment; and

2. Contains a saturated solution of sodium chloride or magnesium sulfate having a specific gravity of 1.27 to 1.3 and maintained at a temperature of approximately 93.5°F (34.1°C).
