NAC444.230. Applicability.

Latest version.

Any public bath containing water for the immersion of the body or providing a hot vapor environment for whatever effect, other than a public spa as defined by NAC 444.385, must comply with the provisions of NAC 444.230 to 444.236, inclusive.
