NAC444.56814. Severability of provisions.

Latest version.

If any provision set forth in NAC 444.568 to 444.56862, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that the invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or applications to the extent that those provisions and applications can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
