“Management of hazardous waste” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 459.435 and includes, but is not limited to, the open burning of hazardous waste, open detonation of hazardous waste, and incineration of hazardous waste, including burning for the recovery of energy or destruction in boilers or industrial furnaces.
