NAC445A.242. Transmission of issued permits to Regional Administrator.

The Director shall transmit to the Regional Administrator a copy of every issued permit, immediately following issuance, along with any and all terms, conditions, requirements or documents which are a part of such permit or which affect the authorization by the permit of the discharge of pollutants.
