Each community public water system shall deliver to its customers on an annual basis consumer confidence reports which contain information on the quality of the water delivered by the system in accordance with the requirements of 40 C.F.R. §§ 141.151 to 141.155, inclusive, as adopted by reference in NAC 445A.4525.
