NAC445A.532. Certification of persons operating facility.

A supplier of water shall, not later than 6 months after receiving notification from the Division that its public water system is using surface water or groundwater under the direct influence of surface water, ensure that the persons who operate the facility for treatment have received a certificate to operate the facility as required by NAC 445A.6345.
