The Board hereby adopts by reference the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference-Constitution, Bylaws and Standards, EPA 600/R-98/151, in the form most recently published by the Environmental Protection Agency, unless the Board gives notice pursuant to the provisions of NAC 445A.5426 that the most recent publication is not suitable for this State.
