NAC445A.54284. Reapplication after denial of application or revocation of certification.

If the Bureau denies an application for certification of a laboratory or revokes the certification of a certified laboratory, the laboratory may, after the period specified in section 4.4 of the Standards has expired, reapply for certification in the manner prescribed in NAC 445A.54272.
