Latest version.

A permit to operate a water system must require the owner and operator to:

     1. Comply with the provisions of NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955, inclusive.

     2. Comply with the provisions of NAC 445A.450 to 445A.492, inclusive, 445A.595 to 445A.614, inclusive, and 445A.65505 to 445A.6731, inclusive.

     3. Report any changes in operations, ownership, facilities, maintenance or management to the Division.

     4. Comply with any other limitations or conditions placed on the owner or operator by the Division.
