NAC445A.6297. Applicant with disability: Request for special arrangements for taking examination.

If an applicant has a disability that restricts the ability of the applicant to take an examination under standard conditions, the applicant may request special arrangements for taking the examination at the time of application. Such a request must be submitted in writing by a recognized health care or mental health care provider and must state the nature of the disability, the special testing arrangements that are requested and the contact information of the health care provider and the applicant.
