  • “Emergency” means a situation in which an unusual calamity, including a flood, fire, storm, earthquake, drought, civil disturbance, accidental spill of a hazardous material or similar occurrence, disrupts the provision of water by a public water system or endangers the quality of water provided by a public water system.
