NAC445A.6665. Special exceptions to provisions.

Latest version.

The Division, or the appropriate district board of health with the concurrence of the Division, may grant a supplier of water a special exception from any of the provisions of NAC 445A.65505 to 445A.6731, inclusive, if the special exception:

     1. Is justified by an engineer;

     2. Involves an advance in technology, improvement in materials, or alternative method of construction or operation that will not be detrimental to the public health; and

     3. Will not conflict with the provisions of NAC 445A.66615.
