NAC445A.67275. Water hauling: Definitions.

Latest version.

As used in NAC 445A.67275 to 445A.6731, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Supplier of water” includes any person or other entity, including a governmental entity, which performs water hauling.

2. “Water hauling” means the bulk hauling, by any means of transportation, of water for introduction into a public water system.
