NAC445A.6729. Water hauling: Log of activities.

  • If the Division or the appropriate district board of health approves the use of water hauling, the supplier of water shall maintain a log of its activities relating to the water hauling which must include:

         1. The dates of hauling.

         2. The amounts hauled.

         3. An identification of each vehicle used for hauling.

         4. The source of the water hauled.

         5. The concentration of chlorine in the water hauled.

         6. The places where the water was delivered.

         7. Copies of any relevant contracts or other agreements.

         8. The results of the required analyses for coliform bacteria.
