  • “Process of environmental review” means the development and evaluation of environmental information concerning a water project that enables the Division, pursuant to NAC 445A.6758 to 445A.67612, inclusive, to make a determination whether to:

         1. Grant a categorical exclusion;

         2. Make a finding of no significant impact; or

         3. Require the applicant to submit an environmental impact statement.
