  • “Significant noncompliance” occurs when, on two or more occasions during any period of 12 consecutive months, a public water system:

         1. Fails to report the results of monitoring for;

         2. Fails to take a sample for; or

         3. Exceeds the maximum contaminant levels of,

    Ê any of the primary drinking water standards set forth in NAC 445A.453.
