NAC445A.6756. Resolution of conflicting requirements; severability of provisions.

Latest version.

1. To the extent that any of the provisions of NAC 445A.6751 to 445A.67644, inclusive, conflict with any of the provisions of NAC 445A.450 to 445A.6731, inclusive, the provisions of NAC 445A.450 to 445A.6731, inclusive, prevail.

2. If any of the provisions of NAC 445A.6751 to 445A.67644, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
