The priority list approved by the Board for Financing Water Projects will be incorporated into the intended use plan developed pursuant to NAC 445A.67575 and 445A.67576 and submitted with other required information to the EPA in the application for the annual capitalization grant agreement or an amendment to a capitalization grant agreement for the Account for the Revolving Fund.
