NAC445A.6762. Notification of action taken regarding recommendations.

The Division shall notify the applicant in writing no later than 15 days after it receives notice of the action taken by the Board for Financing Water Projects regarding the recommendations submitted pursuant to subsection 2 of NAC 445A.67619. The notification must include a copy of the written order of the Board.
