NAC445A.67623. Loan contract: Conditions for execution; requirements.

Latest version.

     1. The applicant and the Administrator may execute a loan contract only after any conditions to the commitment of financial assistance have been met.

     2. The loan contract must be:

     (a) On a form provided by the Division; and

     (b) Executed by all parties before the commencement of construction of the water project.
