NAC445A.67633. Use of rate structures for repayment of loan.

Latest version.

1. If it becomes necessary for a recipient to impose a separate rate structure to repay a loan for a water project, the recipient may impose its system of user charges before the Board for Financing Water Projects takes action on a water project for which the Division has submitted a recommendation pursuant to NAC 445A.67619.

2. If a recipient uses an existing rate structure for a public water system to repay a loan, the recipient shall provide the appropriate documentation to verify that the use of the existing rate structure will generate enough income to enable the recipient to repay the loan.
