NAC445A.690. “Categorical exclusion” defined.

“Categorical exclusion” means an exemption from any provisions of NAC 445A.685 to 445A.805, inclusive, that would otherwise apply, granted to a category of actions that do not individually or cumulatively have a significant effect on the human environment and for which no environmental assessment or environmental impact statement is required.
