NAC445A.759. Environmental impact statement: Public hearing.

Public hearings must be scheduled by the Division and held in accordance with the provisions of chapters 233B and 445A of NRS. The Division shall schedule not less than two public hearings. The first of these must be scheduled after alternatives have been developed and the second must be scheduled before the environmental impact statement is finalized.
