NAC445A.779. Adoption of accounting standards by reference; maintenance of separate project accounts.

     1. The State Environmental Commission hereby adopts by reference the accounting standards contained in Standards for Audit of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities and Functions, published by the General Accounting Office. A copy of this publication is available at a cost of $3.50 by mail from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, P.O. Box 979050, St. Louis, Missouri 63197-9000, or by toll-free telephone at [phone].

     2. A recipient of financial assistance shall maintain separate project accounts in accordance with generally accepted governmental accounting standards, including those adopted by reference in subsection 1.
