NAC445A.8332. “Sanitary waste” defined.

- “Sanitary waste” means liquid or solid wastes originating solely from humans and human activities, including, without limitation, wastes collected from toilets, showers, washbasins, sinks used for cleaning domestic areas, sinks used for food preparation, operations for washing clothing, and sinks or machines used for washing dishes, glasses and utensils used to serve food or beverages. The sources of such waste include, without limitation:
1. Single or multiple residences, hotels and motels, restaurants, bunkhouses, schools, ranger stations, crew quarters, guard stations, campgrounds, picnic grounds and day-use recreation areas; and
2. Commercial and industrial facilities, so long as the waste is not mixed with industrial waste.
