NAC445A.9502. “Administrative authority” defined.

“Administrative authority” means an officer, board, department or agency of a county, city or other political subdivision of this State that has entered into an agreement with the Division to administer and enforce NAC 445A.950 to 445A.9706, inclusive, governing on-site sewage disposal systems within the jurisdiction of the county, city or other political subdivision.
