NAC445B.440. “New motor vehicle” defined.

“New motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle that has never been registered with the Department and has never been registered with the appropriate agency or authority of any other state, the District of Columbia, any territory or possession of the United States, or foreign state, province or country.
