NAC445C.040. “Environmental audit agreement” defined.

“Environmental audit agreement” means a written agreement between a regulatory agency and a regulated person that:

1. Allows the regulated person to conduct an environmental audit; and

2. Complies with the provisions of this chapter and chapter 445C of NRS.
