NAC446.0145. “Game animal” defined.

- “Game animal” means an animal, other than cattle, sheep, swine, goat, poultry, domestically raised rabbit or domestically raised game bird, the product of which is food. The term includes, without limitation, reindeer, elk, deer, antelope, water buffalo, bison, squirrel, bear, muskrat, aquatic and nonaquatic reptiles, aquatic mammals and exotic animals.
