  •      1. Potable water of a sufficient amount to meet the demands of a food establishment must be provided from a source that is approved by the health authority and licensed by the Division.

         2. A food establishment that was issued a permit pursuant to the provisions of NRS 446.875 before September 16, 1992, may provide water which is not piped directly if all potable water which is not piped directly to the food establishment from the source is transported in a system for the transportation of water in bulk and is delivered to a water system which is closed. Both of these systems must be constructed, licensed, operated and approved by the Division.
