  • Effective measures to minimize the presence of rodents, flies, cockroaches and other insects on the premises, including routine inspections to detect the presence of such specimens, must be utilized. The premises, including the contiguous land or property under the control of the holder of the permit for the operation of the food establishment, must be kept in a condition designed to prevent or eliminate the harboring or feeding of insects or rodents.
