NAC446.823. Knowledge of provisions of chapter.

The health authority may require the holder of a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of NRS 446.875, or his or her designated agent, to demonstrate a knowledge of the provisions of this chapter by:

1. Passing an examination, which may be written or oral; or

2. Completing a course of instruction that has been approved by the health authority.
