NAC446.845. “Bed and breakfast facility” defined.

As used in NAC 446.845 to 446.860, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “bed and breakfast facility” means a commercial home offering bed and breakfast accommodations to one or more persons per night for a period of less than 1 week.
