NAC446.945. Approval of location: Factors for consideration.

  • The health authority shall consider whether to approve the location of a barbecue based on factors, including, but not limited to:

         1. The weather;

         2. Existing or potential sources of contamination;

         3. The ability of the facility to protect food; and

         4. The presence of insects and vermin.
