  • A portable unit for service of food must comply with the requirements of NAC 446.010 to 446.625, inclusive, that apply to the operation of portable units for service of food and with the requirements of NAC 446.946 to 446.9472, inclusive. The health authority may establish additional requirements for a portable unit for service of food if necessary to protect against hazards to health.
